How We Charge
Thomas & Thomas believe that we
should only charge our clients if we add value. For
that reason we only charge a fee if we agree a satisfactory
settlement for our clients and in order for us to do
the very best job that we can, we charge a percentage
of the settlement that we negotiate and this only becomes
payable when a payment is made to our clients by the
electricity company.
Our approach is that our clients
should never be out of pocket during our negotiations.
For that reason, we do not even charge out-of-pocket
expenses.
